The ‘Les Audacieuses’ programme has been awarded the Jury’s Special Prize
At the second edition of the Grand Est HR Initiative Awards organised by ANDRH Alsace Strasbourg, Schmidt Groupe received the Jury’s Special Award for its ‘Les Audacieuses’ programme.
Launched to support the development of female leadership within the company, this programme forms part of Schmidt Groupe’s commitment to diversity and equal opportunities. It offers participants a framework for discussion, sharing experiences and professional development.
This award highlights the dedicated work behind this initiative, led by Clélia Simon (ADAM) with the involvement of numerous colleagues. Over the course of its various editions, the programme has helped create a space that fosters confidence-building, skills development and the formation of new professional networks within the group.
Through this award, the jury sought to highlight an approach that makes a tangible contribution to advancing career paths and encouraging a more balanced representation of talent within the company.
