Sélestat U3 site

The Sélestat U3 site is a modern, highly automated factory dedicated to the manufacture of components for storage and for the Cuisinella Start range. Brought into production in 2017, the site relies on a high level of robotisation and a process that guarantees industrial performance, consistent quality and better working conditions for the teams. The site plays a key role in the supply of Rangement thanks to short lead times and high production capacity.

  • Production staff: 80 + 15 in maintenance & SAI
  • Orders/components produced per day :
    • 10,000 Ranging components/day in 2×8 on the PAM2 workshop and 2,000 Start components/day in 1×8 on the PAM3 workshop.
    • This volume is equivalent to the supply of 200 countermarks Storage per day

  • Highly automated: 53 robots and 7 AGVs for sorting, transport and machining operations
  • Advanced automation for a 43% increase in productivity compared with PAM1
  • Enhanced quality control: 100% of parts are inspected before dispatch

  • Installation of highly automated lines (cutting, plating, machining, packaging)

    • automated drilling
    • automated installation of hardware
    • autonomous movement of panel stacks via AGV
  • Camera control equipment on plating machines to detect defects in real time
  • CSR investments: elimination of plastic, improved ergonomics, more reliable packaging, reduced scrap rates, etc.
