Count on our support for opening your showroom

From the very first meeting until such time as the showroom is ready to open, a dedicated Network Expansion manager guides every future dealer through the journey.

Support is provided in four stages:

  1. An initial meeting to clearly understand the project
  2. A meeting to present the most appropriate solutions
  3. An immersive experience in an active showroom
  4. Two days in Alsace to visit the head office and plants

A single point of contact who knows your project inside out will be available until the time comes to open the showroom.

Train with the Schmidt Groupe Academy

Opening a showroom requires planning and preparation. Schmidt Groupe will assist you from day one and throughout your development.

The Schmidt Groupe Academy, a Qualiopi-certified training organisation, offers 16 weeks of training covering sales, administration, design and showroom management.

Employees (designers, fitters and sales managers) can also benefit from highly operational training at both the training centre in Alsace and in the field.

Enjoy long-term support

We will not cut off our support when your showroom opens for business. Schmidt Groupe believes in delivering long-term assistance for developing sales and profitability through its sales methodology, management practices, management tools and ongoing training.

Each dealer can count on a retail manager, who will act as their dedicated day-to-day point of contact.

With an average return on investment of three years, profitability of 6 to 8%, and potential revenue of €2 million after two years in business, the figures speak for themselves.
