Support in opening up

From the first meeting to the shop opening, a dedicated Network Expansion Manager supports each future dealer.

Support is provided in four stages:

  1. an initial meeting to understand the project,
  2. a meeting to present suitable solutions
  3. immersion in a working shop,
  4. two days in Alsace to visit the head office and factories.

A single contact, who knows the project inside out, remains available right up to the opening.

Training through Schmidt Groupe Academy

Opening a shop is not something you can improvise. Schmidt Groupe supports you from day one and throughout your development.

Schmidt Groupe Academy, a Qualiopi-certified training organisation, offers 16 weeks of training from sales to management, from the design to the management of a sales outlet.

Employees (sales designers, fitters, sales managers) also benefit from highly operational training, both at the training centre in Alsace and in the field.

Long-term support

Support doesn’t stop with the opening. Over the long term, Schmidt Groupe supports the development of sales and profitability: sales methodology, management, management tools and ongoing training.

Each dealer can count on a dedicated day-to-day contact: the retail manager.

The figures speak for themselves: average return on investment of 3 years, profitability of 6 to 8% and potential sales of €2m after two years in business.

Schmidt Groupe forges lasting partnerships. 60% of suppliers have beenworking with the Group for more than 10 years. The same long-term approach applies to dealers.

Participating in a company that takes action

Schmidt Groupe has been B Corp certified since 2023, committing all its practices to an approach assessed by an independent body: environmental impact, supplier relations, social policy and governance.
