Schmidt Groupe Academy is our training organisation, which trains almost 3,000 people every year.

It has been in existence for more than 40 years because training and learning have always been at the heart of the Group’s performance, and because developing the skills of our teams enables us to remain at the forefront.

It has been awarded the Qualiopi label for the5th year running.

The Schmidt Groupe Academy offers training in all shop professions: short, highly operational courses and certification courses. These courses enable all employees to develop their know-how and interpersonal skills throughout their career.

Our short courses cover all areas of shop skills, from product knowledge to management. They are available as face-to-face courses or as free online training modules.

We also offer two certification courses forKitchen and/or Interior Design Sales Designers and Kitchen and/or Interior Design Sales Managers.

A training centre dedicated to your success

At Sainte-Croix-aux-Mines, our training centre is designed first and foremost as a stimulating place to exchange ideas and share experiences.

Training rooms and two Schmidt and Cuisinella showrooms provide real-life, practical and highly operational situations.

Here, you learn by doing, with real products, real tools and real problems in the field.

Here, we train for each of the shop professions: Sales Designer, Fitter, Sales Manager, Store Manager, Administrative and Sales Assistant and Store Manager.

Schmidt Groupe Academy is a Qualiopi-certified training organisation, a guarantee of the quality and reliability of our training courses.

Recognised and funded career paths

We also offer two certification courses, eligible for OPCO funding and approved by the industry, with a Certificat de Qualification Professionnelle for the job ofKitchen and/or Interior Fittings Sales Designer (RNCP: 39365) and another for the job of Kitchen and/or Interior Fittings Sales Manager (RNCP: 39366).

Our e-learning platform, which is completely free of charge, enables everyone to receive ongoing training on new products, sales, management, design, design tools and recruitment.
