Work in a safe environment

Occupational health and safety is a top priority at Schmidt Groupe.

Through our Group-wide efforts, our results are constantly improving, with record numbers of accident-free days across all our sites.

The Group spearheads a number of initiatives to achieve such performance, such as rolling out safety dojos at all our production sites, developing a mandatory “Safety Culture” e‑learning course for all employees, and obtaining ISO 45001 certification as a testament to our excellent safety standards.

We take special care to provide ergonomically designed workplaces. We are currently mapping each job within the Group to ensure that every workstation is tailored to the specific needs of every individual. With warm-up exercises at the start of the shift, indoor and outdoor multi-sports facilities, and various initiatives to promote health (Pink October, Blue March, blood donations, endometriosis awareness, etc.), Schmidt Groupe is firmly committed to looking after its employees.
