This temporary declaration applies to the “www.groupe.schmidt” site.

State of compliance

Due to the absence of an audit to assess its compliance, this site does not comply with the RGAA (Référentiel Général d’Amélioration de l’Accessibilité) – version 4.1.2.

  3. You have not received a satisfactory response. You can now :

  • Contact the Défenseur des droits (Rights Defender): to assert your rights in relation to accessibility problems you have encountered:
    > Either contact the delegate in your region via the directory of Défenseur des droits delegates
    > Or fill in the Défenseur des droits complaint form, choosing the themes “I am a victim of discrimination”, then “Private goods and services” and finally “Disability”.
