Step 1

Design in the showroom

The process of designing the customer’s project in the showroom takes place in four steps. The designer carries out an initial assessment of the project with the customer. Measurements are then taken at the customer’s property. Then the designer presents the project to the customer in 3D. The customer signs the order.

This step takes one to two weeks.

Step 2

Order confirmation

Once the order has been signed, two processes run concurrently: 60% of orders are automatically validated, while 40% are processed by the customer service team. The technical drawing is then produced.

This step takes one to two weeks.

Step 3

Process

The manufacturing preparation process involves several stages. The materials required for the project are identified, such as the wood, hardware and accessories. The teams subsequently start sourcing the raw materials. The production schedule is optimised based on two criteria: the project’s main colour and the final delivery location.

This stage takes approximately two weeks.

Step 4

Bespoke units produced to order

The manufacturing process involves five main stages in the workshop. The fronts, worktops and carcases are manufactured. The units are pre-assembled and then fitted together. The finishes are applied, such as joinery, paint or lacquer, depending on the project. Quality checks are carried out throughout the process. All the units are then packed.

Manufacturing is completed five days before delivery to the customer.

Step 5

Shipping & fitting

The order is shipped to one of our seven logistics platforms in France, which serve the whole of Europe. It is then delivered to the customer and installed in their home or business premises by a fitter.

This stage takes approximately two weeks.
