Sélestat U1 site

Plant 1 specialises in the manufacture of panels and fronts for kitchens and homes. It supplies all the Group’s sites, making it the main supply site for assembly plants.

It has 4 workshops:

PAM (multi-layer panels)

PAF (panels and facades)

PDT (worktops)

Finishing (lacquering on wood and laminate)

    • 4000 components Stowage/day in 2×8 on PAM1 workshop
    • 1200 worktops/day

    • 1500 lacquered fronts & panels / day (melamine, wood, print)

Specific features of the site

This is the most automated site in the group, with over 100 robots

It is the only site to produce worktops and all the Group’s fronts (melamine, strat, lacquered)

This is where Hydro, Print and lacquered wood fronts are produced .

Recent investments

2 automated packaging lines for PAM1 (2023).

2 automated manufacturing lines for strat / mela fronts, enabling the production of 13,000 fronts + threaders.
