Schmidt Groupe Academy
The Schmidt Groupe Academy is our training organisation, which trains almost 3,000 people every year.
It was created over 40 years ago, since training and learning have always fuelled the Group’s performance, and because developing our teams’ skills is key to maintaining our leadership status.
The academy has been awarded Qualiopi certification for the quality of its training courses for the fifth year running.

The Schmidt Groupe Academy offers training spanning all the careers in our showrooms, with short, highly operational modules and certified courses. They allow all employees to broaden their knowledge and enrich their interpersonal skills throughout their career.
Our short courses cover all the skills used in our showrooms, from product knowledge through to management. They are available as face-to-face courses or free e-modules.
We also offer two courses leading to a vocational qualification in kitchen and/or interior solutions design for designers and kitchen and/or interior solutions design for sales managers.

A training centre focused on your success
Our training centre in Sainte-Croix-aux-Mines is primarily designed as a stimulating living space for interacting and sharing with others.
Training rooms and two Schmidt and Cuisinellà showrooms allow for real hands-on training with highly operational, ultra-realistic role-playing scenarios.
Trainees learn by practising with real products, real tools and the typical problems encountered out in the field.
The centre provides training for each of the profiles involved in our showrooms, i.e. Designer, Fitter, Sales Manager, Showroom Manager, Administrative and Sales Assistant, and Dealer.
The Schmidt Groupe Academy is recognised as a training organisation and has obtained Qualiopi certification as a testament to the high quality and professionalism of our courses.
