Designer (M/F)
Core business
Designers sell and design fitted kitchens and bespoke interior solutions with millimetre precision. They welcome and greet customers, listen to their needs, produce creative solutions, and provide end-to-end support and guidance, from the first contact through to work completion.
Our designers wear several hats at the same time by also acting as consultants, technicians and sales executives. Their overriding goal is to make their customers happy by designing and creating the space of their dreams.
Daily activities
- Greet customers in the showroom and identify their needs
- Design personalised 3D projects
- Establish quotations and process the sales files
- Take measurements with a room survey in the customer’s home
- Prepare the work completion certificate
- Share best practices with the team

Core business
Fitters install bespoke interior solutions and kitchens in the customer’s property. As technical experts, they transform the showroom’s designs into a reality and ensure that everything is perfectly installed in accordance with best practices. They are the final link in the customer satisfaction chain.
Daily activities
- Fit units, worktops and appliances in the customer’s property
- Connect the utilities (water, electricity and gas)
- Perform quality control and ensure compliance with the project design
- Advise customers on how to use and look after their products
- Manage and organise the worksite
