Health and safety at work is a priority at Schmidt Groupe.

Thanks to our collective commitment, our results are constantly improving, with record numbers of accident-free days across all our sites.

This performance is based on concrete actions: the roll-out of safety dojos at all our production sites, mandatory “Safety Culture” e-learning training for all employees, and ISO 45001 certification, which guarantees our standards of excellence in safety.

We pay particular attention to workplace ergonomics: a new workplace mapping exercise is underway to adapt each workstation to the specific needs of every individual. Muscle warm-ups at the start of the shift, indoor and outdoor multi-sports facilities, health promotion initiatives (Pink October, Blue March, blood donation, raising awareness of endometriosis, etc.): at Schmidt Groupe, looking after you is part of our daily commitment.
