Expertise dedicated to top quality

The performance of our manufacturing capabilities plays a crucial role: our 5 state-of-the-art sites in France and Germany are a practical expression of our values in terms of the provision of optimum working conditions for our employees and partners, the preservation of the environment and the care and attention we pay to the quality of our products. In this way, 160,000 square metres are devoted to the production of furniture that is dedicated to achieving customer satisfaction. We innovate tirelessly to achieve those extra touches that characterize our quality and make us different. A vision turned towards progress

To encourage internal initiatives and innovation and promote progress-oriented behaviour among the employees in order to improve the Group’s performance, our CEO, Anne Leitzgen, organises an annual internal challenge to discover the most innovative projects that can then be brought to fruition and rolled out.

TOTAL PRODUCTIVE MAINTENANCE (TPM), A JAPANESE APPROACH THAT ALLOWS US TO STAY AT THE FOREFRONT OF INNOVATION!

This method has its roots in the Productive Maintenance (PM) approach used in the US in the 1950s. However, it has been considerably developed since it was first taken up in Japan in the 1970s.
