SCHMIDT GROUPE VOTED “CUSTOMER SERVICE OF THE YEAR” FOR THE SECOND YEAR RUNNING IN THE “HOME INTERIOR SOLUTIONS” CATEGORY

For the second year running, Schmidt Groupe (Schmidt and Cuisinella brands) has been awarded the “Customer Service of the Year” accolade for 2017 in the “Home Interior Solutions” category.

Viséo Conseil, the organisation responsible for picking the winners, spent several weeks assessing the customer service performance of both brands and assessing how they manage their customer relations. This result bears testament to the Group’s commitment to its customers and its priority of “The pleasure of ensuring pleasure! “
